Tebogo Rakgatla serves as the Campus Head at the Polokwane Campus, where she provides strategic leadership across campus operations with a strong emphasis on academic excellence, institutional efficiency, and student success.

She is currently a Doctor of Business Leadership (DBL) candidate, specialising in Digital Transformation and Innovation. Her academic background is further strengthened by a Master of Business Leadership, a Bachelor of Technology in Marketing, and a National Diploma in Marketing.

With over 20 years of professional experience, Tebogo has held senior leadership roles across a different industries, including higher education, petroleum, logistics, state-owned enterprises, and technology. This multidisciplinary exposure informs her strategic, systems-driven approach to campus leadership and organisational development.

Beyond her executive and academic leadership, Tebogo is an entrepreneur and a life coach at heart, deeply committed to empowering individuals and leading organisations to thrive in times of change.

She actively contributes to national discourse on the future of higher education, SMEs, and digital transformation, and regularly participates as a speaker at sector engagements and innovation platforms. Her thought leadership addresses key themes such as digital transformation, academic integrity, and data-driven decision-making internationally and within South Africa’s higher education sector and the entrepreneurial landscape.
