Rhamees Nordien is our Chief Financial Officer at IIE Rosebank College. His career spans over two decades in the financial sector. Rhamees has been with IIE Rosebank College for 6 years and 5 months.

Before ascending to the role of CFO, Rhamees served as the Financial Manager at IIE Rosebank College for 5 years and 2 months, solidifying their position as an expert in educational financial management.

Rhamees Nordien’s diverse career includes a two-year tenure as a Financial Director at Huge Telecom, along with financial management roles at both Vega School and Heraeus South Africa in the Johannesburg Area. Each stint has been characterized by substantial improvements in financial systems, organizational efficiencies, and debt collection.

Rhamees Nordiens's core strengths lie in systems improvement, operational efficiency, and superior debt collection strategies. They have not only honed these skills over 14 years as a Financial Manager and 2 years as a Financial Director but also implemented them to great effect at every organization they've served.

As a consistent member of the Management Committees (MANCO) in all their professional roles, Rhamees has significantly contributed to strategic decision-making. Beyond finance, they have collaborated with other department managers to streamline financial processes and improve overall efficiency.
