Sibusisiwe Nxumalo

Sibusisiwe Nxumalo is a 22-year-old IIE Public Relations graduate from IIE Rosebank College, whose qualification laid a strong foundation for her growing career in communications and stakeholder engagement. Currently serving as a Communication Practitioner at Sasol, where she has been for two and a half years, Sibusisiwe plays a key role within the communications and stakeholder relations team. Her responsibilities include supporting internal campaigns, assisting with the development of media content, and contributing to stakeholder engagement initiatives that enhance the company’s brand narrative. Guided by the mantra, “Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can,” Sibusisiwe is driven by the belief that growth comes from showing up and doing your best every day.
