The Graduate Empowerment Programme (GEP) was initiated in 2012 by IIE Rosebank College to address graduate unemployment in South Africa. Through career coaching sessions, IIE graduates are taught to effectively apply and interview for employment, thus empowering them with the tools they need to increase their chances of securing employment. It is our priority to produce highly employable IIE graduates who have the knowledge, skills, competence and confidence they need to become valued assets within any organisation. IIE Rosebank College Graduate Empowerment Programme has placed over 11,000 IIE graduates in employment across various South African companies, since 2012.
One of the significant benefits of studying with IIE Rosebank College is its strong focus on making graduates ready for the world of work, through career coaching sessions offered through our Graduate Empowerment Programme.
