Graduate Empowerment Programme (GEP)

The Graduate Empowerment Programme (GEP) was initiated in 2012 by IIE Rosebank College to address graduate unemployment in South Africa. Through career coaching sessions, we teach IIE graduates to apply effectively and interview for employment, thus empowering them with the tools they need to increase their chances of securing a job.

Our priority is to produce highly employable IIE graduates who have the knowledge, skills, competence and confidence they need to become valued assets within any organisation. IIE Rosebank College Graduate Empowerment Programme has placed over 12,000 IIE graduates in employment across various South African companies since 2012
